As a food photographer and prop stylist, styling food is just one of the things I do on shoots and on my blog. There was one time I needed a particular cheese to be cut in a certain way so that the label would be seen in the photo. The attendant at the cheese counter of Marketplace by Rustan’s very graciously set aside the prepackaged wedges and sliced the cheese just the way I wanted it. It was the best kind of service I’ve experienced at Rockwell, and because of it, I still remember this man’s name: Norberto Manabat. It’s people like this that make the Rockwell experience so special.
