What were the activities and what happened: East Bay’s first community event of the year was also to kick-start summer through an afternoon of movie screenings and delectable food options.
With the summertime heat upon us, sometimes the best way to spend a cool weekend of fun and relaxation with the family is just to keep it simple — a chill movie marathon day in while munching on some yummy nibbles. Reel Treats brought just that to kick off its first community event of the year screening some award winning movies while bringing in all kinds of food assortments from sweet with Poison Doughnuts, Scout’s Honor, Key Coffee, Cravings, to of course savory with Chuck’s Deli, Kat’s Happy Food, Three Guys and a Grill, Big Chill, and Black Wagyu for attendees to enjoy.
